This course provides a relevant and current survey of information technologies in relation to the use and management to achieve organizational goals, objectives, strategy, and structure by demonstrating proficiency in the solving business problems using relevant software applications and tools. The course takes both a strategic and practical approach to the core issues organizations face in understanding and determining the application of technology solutions and management. The course is designed to deliver the tools for the MBA student to apply immediately in their business roles outside of the university. In the course, the student will participate in open discussion, group activities, and topical research and reporting.

The Winning, Engaging, and Retaining Consumers for Growth portion will discover and journey through key concepts in classic and emerging information technology management on Web 2.0 and Social, Mobile Commerce (5G, wi-fi 6) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technologies.

The Optimizing Performance, Processes, and Productivity part will cover Functional Business Systems, Enterprise Systems (i.e., ERP, CRM), Data Visualization (Tableau) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
